Job Title: Senior Multimedia Specialist (YouTube & Podcast) Location: Remote Working Hours: US Time Zones (PST - EST)

The Role

You’ll oversee the production, growth and YouTube presence, while spearheading a cross-platform content strategy that drives engagement and audience acquisition.

You’ll lead end-to-end media execution—from interviews to post-production to social promotion—and bring a strategic lens to every creative decision. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, content systems, and data, this is your stage.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage podcast production—from guest booking to post-recording handoffs

Design and execute a video-first strategy to grow YouTube reach, retention, and subscriber count

Lead content repurposing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), optimizing for format and audience

Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of content

Produce promotional and visual materials in Canva, Adobe, or CapCut aligned with brand identity
