Job Description Summary The Product Manager will own and evolve key areas of SpherePX, with a particular focus on AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. The role combines product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to create solutions that improve patient and healthcare professional experiences while operating safely within a regulated environment.

A major focus of the role is identifying where AI and personalization can meaningfully improve care journeys, while maintaining patient safety, privacy, transparency, appropriate human oversight, and measurable value.
