About the Role
This is a senior product leadership role at a fintech startup building trust and identity infrastructure for businesses globally. You will own the product roadmap end to end, working closely with a remote-first engineering team to translate vision and real-world constraints into a coherent, evolving plan that ships with confidence.
What You'll Do
Structure and evolve the product roadmap, turning strategy and constraints into clear execution plans.
Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features the team can deliver with confidence.
Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when.
Craft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of substantive product management or product leadership experience, ideally on complex B2B or platform products.
