As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit.

This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment. This is a place for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term impact.

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor)

Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility

Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years)

Primary Focus: Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals)

Compensation: Base Pay (depending on experience) + placement-based incentives
