This role blends full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR coordination, including onboarding support, documentation, and people operations assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating at the intersection of hiring and HR in a remote, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines

Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access

Support HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation, and policy coordination

Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systems

Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries
