About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting and hiring sales professionals at volume .

This is not a general recruiting role . The ideal candidate has personally sourced, screened, interviewed, and placed salespeople and understands how to evaluate whether a candidate can actually sell—not simply whether their resume matches the job description.

You will own the recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview coordination while helping identify high-performing sales talent.

Prioritize candidates with proven sales performance and relevant experience.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent.
