Role Overview We are looking for an elite-level Salesforce professional who has mastered Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud and can own the full Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This is not a generalist role — we need someone who has built, scaled, and optimised complex Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments at enterprise level, knows every corner of the Salesforce platform, and can lead strategy and execution without hand-holding. If you have to Google the basics, this is not the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the full Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce

Architect and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions including journey builder, email studio, automation studio, audience segmentation, and personalisation

Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation
