About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Senior Support Network Engineer to support and maintain ISP and fixed wireless network infrastructure while delivering exceptional technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong networking expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with wireless networking technologies, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high network availability, resolving technical issues, and supporting mission-critical connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do

Network Operations & Support

Provide technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik and Cisco routers and switches across core and edge ISP networks.

Monitor network performance, resolve outages, and ensure high network availability.

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.

Fixed Wireless Infrastructure

Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) infrastructure.
