Senior Systems Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

5+ years of Systems Engineering experience

BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

Experience of Windows infrastructure

Experience in VMware Management

Window OS installation and troubleshooting

Experience in virtual server environments

Experience in scripts automation

Understanding of Cloud implementation

Experience with SFTP

Experience in Defender A/V

Experience in Credential Guard

Experience in MECM Patching Process

Strong critical thinking skills.

Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Diagnose system performance problems using available standard performance tools and system indicators such as queue lengths, CPU utilization, etc

Install program products and system components

Demonstrate thorough understanding of all system components and of program products assigned to support

Work closely with development groups, support groups, and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems as appropriate to meet assigned deadlines
