The Senior Talent Specialist will oversee vendor management, optimize vendor operations, and support global delivery for Data Solutions. This role plays a significant role in driving recruitment for the global supplier network in specific areas of work, based on client requirement and project specification.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a global network of language/non-language/subject matter experts professionals, ensuring talent availability.
Manage full vendor lifecycle including recruitment, negotiations, assessments, and onboarding.
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
