Job Title: Senior Technical Accountant

Role Overview: We are seeking a senior-level Technical Accountant with hands-on US GAAP experience to join a growing finance team. This is not a general accounting role — we need someone who has directly prepared or reviewed lease accounting under ASC 842 and supported 409A valuations and stock-based compensation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable serving as a primary point of contact for external auditors on complex accounting areas. Reports into US-based finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities: - Own lease accounting under ASC 842 - classification, ROU asset and liability schedules, modifications, remeasurements, and related disclosures - Support 409A valuation processes - coordinate with valuation providers, prepare supporting data (cap table, financials, comparable inputs), and review draft reports - Prepare and record stock-based compensation entries under ASC 718, and maintain equity-related schedules - Manage month-end and year-end close,...
