Becoming part of our Data Solutions team means leading geospatial projects that decide where infrastructure money goes — across energy, climate, health and infrastructure in 40+ countries — and owning the client relationship end to end. We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong GIS background, working remotely from Europe or Africa, or from our Munich or Nairobi office, and who is as comfortable in a ministry workshop as in a technical discussion with our Data Scientists.

Your responsibilities:

Lead geospatial client projects from scope to delivery — on time, in scope and on budget

Be the primary contact for governments, donors and development partners, primarily in Africa, including workshops and occasional travel to project countries

Translate partner needs into workplans and technical requirements, and steer our Data Scientists' workstreams, from data collection and validation to quality

Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and are usable by end-users, and report progress with high-quality reports and presentations
