About the Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Content Assistant to support a growing financial planning, investment management, wealth management, and retirement planning business. The main focus of this role will be taking ownership of the day-to-day social media workflow, particularly around YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram . The successful candidate will help turn long-form video content into engaging short-form content, prepare posts, optimize content using AI tools, and make the overall publishing process more efficient. The business owner will continue to handle the filming and provide the final approval on scripts and content. Your role will be to take the content from there and manage the editing, repurposing, optimization, and publishing process.

Key Responsibilities ● Support the management of the company's YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram presence. ● Take long-form YouTube videos and turn them into engaging short-form videos/reels for social media. ● Use tools such as Opus Clip to identify and create short-form content from longer videos. ● Carry out basic video editing and formatting, ideally using Camtasia or similar editing software. ●...
