Role Overview We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy, driving reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing content workflows across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals - Ideate, create, schedule, and optimize social content - Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) - Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on insights - Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches - Establish best practices for tone of voice and content governance - Stay current on platform updates and social media best practices
