Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven professional to lead our software evaluation and vendor management process. This is a full-time role requiring strong analytical thinking, exceptional note-taking, and the ability to synthesise complex product information into clear, structured assessments. The ideal candidate is methodical, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships and evaluation cycles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule product demos and discovery calls with software vendors

Attend all demos, taking detailed and structured notes capturing key functionality, pricing, and differentiators

Produce written breakdowns comparing vendor platforms against current tools — including clear strengths/weaknesses analysis with direct quotes from demos

Manage ongoing vendor communication and follow-up to gather additional information or clarifications post-demo
