Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment Assistant to support high-volume hiring through intensive candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working at pace, and experienced in managing multiple recruitment workflows simultaneously, including video screenings and job post management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles

Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments

Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficiently

Schedule , coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers

Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms

Create and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
