Summary The Sr. Manager, SPD Solutions is a leadership role for an experienced Sterile Processing Department (SPD) leader who brings hands-on experience running SPD operations and/or supporting the OR, and who knows firsthand what it takes to run a high-functioning department. This individual will also have consulting experience specific to the SPD and will oversee the successful implementation of surgical instrument management solutions across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospitals, directly managing a team of SPD Solutions Specialists and Technicians.
