Role Overview

As a Staff Engineer , you’ll set technical direction and raise the execution bar while building a high-performing team. You’ll guide architecture and delivery across modern full-stack systems (React 19 + Node.js), build durable engineering practices, and ensure we ship fast without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow an engineering team: hiring, coaching, performance management, career development.

Set and evolve technical strategy for developer platforms, dashboards, and internal tooling .

Partner with Product/Design to deliver roadmap outcomes with high velocity and strong craftsmanship.

Establish engineering standards: code quality, testing, documentation, security, and operational excellence.

Own delivery health: sprint/iteration hygiene, predictable execution, and strong on-call/incident practices.
