Scope of Work
Review, analyze, and annotate legal contracts and transaction documents related to structured finance products, such as asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations.
Draft or evaluate sample documents, clauses, and legal frameworks pertinent to structured finance transactions.
Provide detailed feedback on hypothetical scenarios or AI-generated content for legal sufficiency, accuracy, and clarity.
Identify and explain industry-specific terminology, regulatory requirements, and common legal structures within structured finance.
Contribute to the development of training datasets that reflect current legal standards and best practices in structured finance.
