The Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager, EPM will own recruiting strategy and execution for Thought Logic’s growing Enterprise Performance Management practice. This is more than managing requisitions. We’re looking for someone who can become deeply embedded in the EPM ecosystem, build relationships across the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and broader performance management communities, and develop the networks that help us find exceptional talent before we need it.
