Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate - 12 month FTC

You'll form part of the Sumer Group TA Team on a maternity cover FTC, helping us identify the best people for our business, market mapping talent, and keeping our hiring process smooth and efficient. This role is all about building strong talent pipelines, keeping things organised, and making sure candidates have a great experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Finding Great Talent: Proactively search for and engage candidates, headhunting for niche roles, and building strong talent pools for future hiring needs.

Keeping Us Organised: Manage and maintain high-quality data in our ATS, making sure hiring teams have the best insights to make smart decisions.

Bringing Our Job Ads to Life: Draft engaging job specs that reflect our culture and attract the right people.

Managing Applications: Track where best to advertise roles and oversee the application process to attract the right talent.
