We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead a fast-paced recruitment team supporting international clients. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of recruiters to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining an outstanding client and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Drive daily recruitment activity to meet tight turnaround times and client SLAs.
Monitor team productivity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
Prioritise urgent vacancies and allocate resources effectively across the team.
