In a nutshell

As part of our Talent team, you’ll actively identify very niche talent across the industry, bring a creative approach to sourcing, and discover passive candidates by focusing on search across different platforms, not only LinkedIn.

What you’ll do:

Proactively source talent across various roles in our global team

Use advanced search techniques and sourcing tools to map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles.

Think outside the box by exploring non-traditional sourcing platforms such as Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and niche gaming communities.

Craft personalized, compelling outreach campaigns that drive high response rates.
