Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Tech Ops Intern to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our internal systems and tools. This role forms the backbone of our internal technical environment, ensuring team members have the right access, tools, and support to work efficiently across engineering, product, AI/ML, and business functions.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT operations, system support, access management, and infrastructure monitoring in a fast-paced, global technology organization.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 months, with potential extension based on performance

Work Mode: Remote

Stipend: Unpaid initially; performance-based evaluation in the first quarter may lead to a paid internship extension or full-time opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding of team members, including access provisioning and deprovisioning across internal tools and cloud platforms

Maintain and track IT hardware and software asset inventory

Provide first-level technical support for internal SaaS tools (project management, ticketing, communication platforms)
