As a technical founder, you will be responsible for translating business vision into a working product, handling everything from product development to technical strategy and hiring. You own the technology stack, manage infrastructure, and lead engineering teams while often engaging directly with users to iterate on product, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on coding. You will work closely with Mindsets Ventures team to validate, build, commercialize and scale the venture.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Building, coding, and iterating on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent versions.
Technical Strategy: Choosing the tech stack, designing architecture, and ensuring security and scalability.
Leadership & Hiring: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical team members as the company grows.
Product-Market Fit: Collaborating with users and non-technical founders to define features based on feedback.
Operational Roles: Initially wearing "multiple hats," including DevOps, UI/UX, and IT infrastructure.
