At INDG , we create photoreal digital content for brands like Adidas, On Running, Puma, Wilson, and Hugo Boss. We're looking for a Technical CG Lead to supervise and own the technical side of how we get there - across CGI, AI, pipeline, and process. You see the whole picture, from how one artist works to how the whole production runs, and you'd rather fix something yourself than wait for someone else to. If you've spent years thinking "there's a better way to do this," we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Own and improve our technical pipeline - tooling, automation, data flows, and standards.

Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working.

Bring focus and direction to our AI exploration.

Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes.
