This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the banking sector.

We are seeking a senior FICO Blaze / Business Rules Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise decision solutions across key banking platforms. Acting as a technical SME, you will integrate rule engines with Java architectures, lead off-shore implementation efforts, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders from design through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Rule Engine Engineering: Design, write, test, and deploy business rule repositories primarily using FICO Blaze Advisor / Decision Modeler .

System Integration: Integrate Business Rules Engine (BRE) rule services with Java / Web Services platforms.

Solution Architecture & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate technical discussions with Product Owners, Architects, BAs, and Developers to refine requirements and approve technical designs.

Offshore Leadership: Coordinate implementation efforts with offshore development teams and provide technical guidance.

Testing & BAU Support: Build repository testing frameworks, perform sanity checks on rule implementations, and create technical documentation for ongoing operational support.
