About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Testing Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, defect management, business readiness, training development, deployment support, and post-implementation stabilization.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and project teams to validate system functionality, ensure requirements are met, and support successful user adoption.
The role will also leverage approved AI and Generative AI tools to improve testing efficiency, documentation, training development, knowledge transfer, and quality assurance while ensuring appropriate human review, privacy, security, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, regression testing, enhancement testing, end-to-end testing, and retesting.
