User Community Manager

As a User Community Manager you will build, cultivate, and moderate trusted user communities around our platform (including Reddit and Discord) to increase platform value and convert user feedback into structured insights. This role acts as a strategic bridge between users and internal teams (Product, UX, Marketing, Support) to highlight recurring needs, support research, and protect the platform by appropriately escalating safety, risk, and reputational issues.

Job Responsibilities

Community Management & Moderation:

Manage and moderate the official subreddit and official user spaces (enforcing rules, removing spam/harassment/scams, and de-escalating conflict).

Build an inclusive, trusted environment through recurring Q&As, AMAs, polls, guides, and pinned announcements.
