micro1 is engaging Voice Actor/Coaches to participate in a high-impact project supporting advanced AI voice and speech technology. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Analyze short speech recordings and produce precise, structured written assessments using professional voice terminology.

Identify and describe vocal characteristics such as age, gender, accent or dialect (when confident), vocal quality, resonance, phonation type, pitch, intonation, breath support, rhythm, and tempo.

Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation clarity, and overall delivery style, noting nuances between scripted, spontaneous, or conversational samples.

Assess audio production aspects, including room sound, device type (microphone, headset, phone), and recording environment quality (studio or home).
