Web Development Project Manager

Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Sydney time

Compensation: Up to R57,000 per month depending on experience and assessment.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactive Web Development Project Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows and knows how to keep multiple projects, people and deadlines moving at the same time.

You will be responsible for coordinating projects across different teams, monitoring progress, identifying potential delays and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone who does more than simply update tasks. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish , following up with team members, solving problems and escalating risks before they become issues.

Please note: We are looking for candidates with web development project management experience — this is a priority for the role. Experience in a digital marketing agency is also highly preferred.
