Role Overview We are seeking a detail-focused Website Maintenance Specialist to manage ongoing updates and quality assurance across a large portfolio of WordPress sites. This is a full-time role built for someone who takes pride in clean execution, thorough testing, and clear communication. You will work inside a structured ticketing system, handling everything from content edits to minor technical builds while maintaining a consistently high bar for quality.
Key Responsibilities
Process a daily queue of client website requests through a ticketing system, including content updates, design adjustments, and new landing pages
Execute WordPress changes spanning custom CSS/HTML, template edits, and basic-to-intermediate PHP and JavaScript
Conduct rigorous self-QA on every task: verify across browsers and devices, test all forms, links, menus, and interactive elements
Write professional client-facing update summaries for internal review before delivery
